Tilda going Home Thanks Pilot Jeff
Thanks to Pilot, Jeff Kaminski in blue shirt and his friend/helper, Pete Sahayda, I was able to meet my new family in Bloomington, IN today. The flight was great and I can't thank all of those involved in my journey these past 2 months for all they've done to get me here.

IBR's Busy Weekend With PilotsNPaws
Where to begin. This past weekend we were able to bring 3 dogs to safety through the kind hearts of several pilots. The first trip involved moving two dogs with 4 pilots coordinating across 3 states. From Oklahoma through Missouri to Illinois. WOW!!! What a fantastic job from everyone. IBR would like to thank the following pilots for all their time and generosity getting Chuck and Winberie to a safe place. Pilot Russ Roselewski (no pictures), Pilot Paul Shank and Tyler Wilson, Pilot Warren Levin and ChuckPilot Rhonda Buss and IBR volunteer Noreen Hyde.
The second flight of the weekend was for Gilbert. This was from IL to IN and Pilot Bogdan Janczura and his co-pilot Mike along with the help of IBR volunteer Bill Raymoure made sure that everything went as planned.Gilbert

With Much Gratitude
Pilot Gene kneeling by me along with others from the shelter seeing me off.
My family is down there waiting for me.
I'm so happy.
My Family!!!! The Dittmer. I'm so lucky. I have a little one to play with me :o)
Illinois Birddog Rescue would like to thank all those involved in saving one cute little dog in need, Chip. Although not an IBR dog, we did a courtsey post for his shelter, that was holding him. Because of our posting, he found his forever home through a very caring pilot, Gene Woods, who knew the perfect family for him. With Gene being a pilot himself, he volunteered to pick Chip up and take him all the way to his new family. It's people like this, who love dogs and have the passion to help secure a safe place, that Illinois Birddog Rescue, respects and honors all those pilots in this program. Working together, shelters, rescues and PilotNPaws we can do so much good. Thanks!

The Benefactors of the Program
Pilots N Paws is a wonderful non-profit organization dedicated to transporting animals in need that have no ground transportation available to help them get to their destination. Illinois Birddog Rescue has had 5 dogs moved through their system with nothing less than professional and caring pilots along the way.
We can not express enough, the gratitude we have for these people who give their time and expense to do this for rescue and shelter groups across America.
Thank you.
Dash
Our newest flight member, Dash took to the air with ease with Pilot Allan at the controls.
Volunteer, Jodi and Dash checking things out.
We had the pleasure of tracking Ophelia's and Kenny's trip through pictures. Take a look and see just how comfortable they are during this strange and unfamiliar territory they embarked on.
Cameron
Cameron was our first participant with this program.I even got a window seat.
